Replying to an advertised vacancy......

If it is a specific vacancy that you have applied for, then you will receive an acknowledgement. All candidate CVs are reviewed and we will speak to those whose details closely match the job as this enables us to fully explain the position and to further determine your suitability, covering your experience, availability, salary requirements and so on. Should you not be suitable we will explain why. Candidates who are short-listed will be advised on progress right through to final interviews.

Looking for a career move......

Looking for a new role can be exciting yet daunting. Sometimes it is easy - you see a job advertised, apply, get an interview, be successful and start. However, in most cases, patience is necessary and this is where a good recruitment consultancy comes in.

A TDT Recruitment consultant will speak with you, not only to go through your CV details but also to get a good understanding about what career opportunities you are able / can consider and what your expectations are.

With your agreement, we will register your details and consider them against future vacancies. In some cases we may be able to actively market your details to identified companies where we know they use staff with your skills and experience.
